Frequently Asked Questions
You do not need to have any experience in flying trapeze or swinging disciplines in order to take part in the intensive – we can adapt your sessions to fit your skill level!
However, it is important to know that you will be taking part in strenuous, high intensity exercise for 5 hours a day or more so participants need to be physically fit and prepared to take on this challenge.
