Mixed Ability Flying Trapeze Classes
Every Sunday All Summer!
Our Mixed Ability Flying Trapeze Classes are open to all! Whether you have prior experience or have never touched a trapeze, we tailor our sessions to make sure everyone is able to learn and develop in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
We will help you to work towards your goals and give guidance on where to focus.
What Experience do I need for Mixed Ability Flying Trapeze
You don’t need any! You can attend as a complete beginner and we will take you through everything from the safety briefing, to the warm up, to explaining every step of the process from climbing the ladder, performing your trick and landing in the net safely!
If you do have experience, still come along! We tailor these classes to suit all abilities so you still have something to learn by attending these classes!

Date: Sundays throughout the summer
Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm & 1:00pm – 3:00pm (This is subject to change – please check our Bookwhen for exact times and dates!)

Pricing & Booking
A one off class can be booked at £35
If you catch the Flying Trapeze Bug, you can buy a 5 class pass for £140 – giving you one class free!
Frequently Asked Questions
Whats the Age Limit?
Our minimum Age range is 8 years old however, there is no upper age limit! Mike Wright, the founder of Above and Beyond was training and performing flying trapeze well into his 70’s.
